I would rather feel this world through the skin of a child

I mentioned a while ago that I had been knitting recently and would share some photos, so here goes. I've known how to knit for about 10 years (!!) and have done it on and off, I've never done anything particularly challenging but it's fun and quite relaxing. At the moment I'm just making a load of colourful squares and making up different patterns, I'll probably sew them all together as a blanket at the end.

There's something so satisfying about wool and repeat patterns, and green.

These two are also squares but the ribbed pattern makes them stretchy.

All these colours are soo pretty :~) I think this is going to look cute thrown over a chair or on the end of my bed or something! Or maybe some sort of patchwork cardigan?

  2. I've been wanting to learn how to knit for the loooongest time!!! I think I've tried around 2-3 times, but I just give up way easily. I think I'm going to try again soon because this future blanket you're making is so damn cute!!!!
